Terms of Delivery and Payment
- Our offers are submitted without obligation. Prices are quoted ex works in Deutsche Mark (DM).
- Costs for packing, insurance and postage are payable by the buyer.
- Shipment is made for account and risk of the buyer.
- All goods supplied by us remain our property until fully paid for.
- Our invoices are payable within 30 days net, or within 10 days less 2% discount.
- All of our catalogues, flyers and price-lists remain our property and may not be forwarded to unauthorized persons.
- Place of settlement and venue for deliveries and payments is Stockach.
- All delivery times stated are without obligation, however, we make every effort to observe them.
- We assume no liability for damages resulting from improper handling, incorrect use etc. This opplies to damages of any kind.
- Order placement implies acceptance of our terms and conditions by the buyer.
